I decided to draw this to celebrate the opening of my home tiki bar:

INSPIRATION:
I was inspired by an old Guinness toucan mascot, drawn by the famous John Gilroy, that I absolutely love. The vintage posters would always have the toucan balancing a pint of Guinness on their beak and next to them would be “Lovely day for a Guinness” in BIG bold red letters!…
But at the Rumming Bird Bar, it’s always a “Lovely day for a Mai Tai”! Since the house drink is a Humming Bird Mai Tai! So I decided to draw my own art, inspired by these vintage posters. I made sure to add my own tropical and design flair!
PRINT DETAILS:
Numbered edition print size 150 (Editions will arrive at random)
Signed my name “Christine” next to the “Riki Tat Tiki” logo and signed the edition number by hand.
12x12” quality print on thick semi-matte stock!
Once they’re sold out I won’t be printing any more or even at different print sizes.
