Joe the Suffering Chameleon a numbered open edition ceramic mug. I sculpted the design and used traditional methods of mold making & slip casting to make this mug.
Inspired by both the tropical cocktail “The Suffering Bastard” created by Bartender Joe Scialom as well as Pascal the charming chameleon companion in the movie “Tangled”.
Each mug is glazed by hand with a mixture of underglazes and specialty glazes. Due to the nature of ceramic glazes: each mug, there are slight variations that makes each one unique!

The mug comes with an laminated art card containing a specially crafted cocktail recipe.
